1. Check whether the circuit is normal before starting, and whether the rotating parts add lubricating oil.
2. Fill the hopper with peanut and start the cutting knife, conveyor belt and vibrating screen button.
3. Feeding peanuts into the chopper hopper, by the conveyor belt evenly into the chopped institutions, peanuts, grain size can be graded by screen.
4. After the peanuts are chopped up, and then enter into the vibrating grading sieve, the qualified granules fall into the sieve and the granules are chopped up twice.
Precautions and maintenance of Peanut Chopper Machine
1. Always check whether the transmission parts lack of oil, abnormal phenomena, and time processing.
2. If the cutting knife is parallel with the bottom plate, the clearance size is the same.
3. If the slider of the cutter is loose, fill it in time.
4. Improve the running deviation of the conveyor belt and adjust the bolt on both sides to ensure normal operation.
5. The cutting materials should not have any debris, etc., in case of damaged conveyor belt and cutting knife.
