At the beginning of 2021, the purchasing engineer of Uni-President mentioned that in the production and packaging process of instant noodles, the vibration amplitude was too large and the packaging could not be successfully realized. Through telephone and video communication, our engineer team has a deep understanding of its specific problems and needs. According to the output demand of 120 bags/minute and the venue arrangement, a set of instant noodle packaging solutions was tailored for the customer.
At present, the cooperative customer has successfully received the equipment and started normal production and packaging work. The equipment runs smoothly, the packaging effect has reached the customer's expectations, and the customer's production capacity has been greatly improved.
